My stay at the Excellent Service Suite At Times Square was quite disappointing overall. While the location is fantastic, being directly in the mall and close to the city center, the room quality left much to be desired. I found it dirty, with furniture that seemed worn out and even faced issues like cockroaches. I definitely expected better for the price I paid.
